Dan Trapp - Founder & Host
With thirty years of leadership experience in the sports and outdoor industry, I leverage my market knowledge, expertise, and network to collaborate with clients, gaining a deep understanding of their needs to fulfil their strategic vision and operational plans.
Having lived and worked in the UK, Switzerland, France, and Finland for businesses owned by stakeholders from North America, Europe, and Asia, I possess a unique perspective that enables me to understand the requirements and challenges of building international businesses with high-performing global teams, as well as leading international companies with high-performing global teams.
Passionate about the Outdoors, I love skiing, canoeing and paddling, which I enjoy practising with my wife and thirteen-year-old son.

Bringing over a decade of experience in the sports and outdoor industry, I've worked with international teams at Columbia Sportswear, Deckers Brands (Hoka), and Fusalp.
I enjoy connecting people in real life and through digital content, and have independently built skills in website and content creation.
My passion is to create clear and engaging content that resonates with people in the sports and outdoor world.
I love canoeing, yoga and travelling.
